This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who use the LGD website, register as LGD members, register for events organised by LGD or subscribe to LGD newsletters.

LGD collects and processes only the personal data necessary for the Society to carry out its activities.

For the purpose of administering membership, we may process your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, place of work and other data provided in the registration form. These data are used to administer membership, provide information about the Society’s activities and carry out other membership-related functions.

For the purpose of registering for events organised by LGD, we may process your first name, surname, contact details and other information required for registration.
